The JAKA Zu 3 presents cutting-edge human-robot collaboration. Through drag and graphic programming, it is easy to teach and use the cobot. In-built torque feedback ensures safety, no matter how much of the 3kg payload is used, across its working radius of 626mm.

With a payload of 5kg, and a working radius of 954mm, the Jaka Zu 5 cobot is perfectly suited for repetitive operations such as picking and placing, welding, assembly and more.

Spending hours working with weights of up to 7kg is exhausting to any person. With a payload of 7kg, JAKA Zu 7 can do so for 50,000 hours non-stop, at a working radius of 819mm!

The JAKA Zu 12 handles payload – 12kg – and larger working radius – 1327mm – than the previous models in the JAKA Zu range. It can complete manual tasks that would take at least two people to do, and can do so for 50,000 hours non-stop.

The JAKA Zu 18 is a collaborative robot with the largest payload in the jAKA Zu range – 18kg – with a significant working radius – 1073mm.

The small, light and flexible Jaka Zu 3s is a robotic arm with a working radius of 626mm a 3kg payload. It is built with the prioritization of accuracy, repeatability and safety in mind.

The largest of the Zu S series in terms of working radius, the 6-jointed JAKA Zu 12s has full freedom of movement within 1327mm, and can handle payload of 12kg. It has an in-built industrial force sensor, making it perfect for applications with high force control requirements – for example precision assembly, scaling, polishing on complex surfaces.

The most powerful of the Zu S series in terms of payload, the JAKA Zu 18s can handle up to 18kg, within a working radius of 1073mm.

JAKA Lens VPS 2.0 has been developed based on the high-performance AI-SoC chip, equipped with high-speed and large-capacity memory and storage. It can realize target detection, object recognition, human posture, behavioral understanding and can extract feature points.

With 3 kg payload and working radius of 626 mm, JAKA Ai 3 is small-environ cobot for complex tasks such as flexible assembly, inspection, or testing.

On the JAKA Ai 12, the best-in-class working radius of 1327mm is matched with a 12kg payload. This makes it perfect for larger, complicated operations such as machine tending, vision picking, polishing, inspection, testing and many others.

It has an incredibly high weight-payload ratio, and is able to handle its 18kg payload in a working radius of 1073mm. As such, it’s a great cobot for lifting and moving heavy parts and products, machine tending, palletizing, vision picking, polishing, inspection, more.

JAKA Lens 2D integrated camera adopts 2D high-resolution industrial camera and is equipped with a special light source module and optional camera lens to provide users with comprehensive functions and experience of 2D vision.

The JAKA Pro 5 is built for harsh operating environments. It has the coveted IP68 protection grade, certifying its durability against dust, water and oil. It could operate in a desert or a rainforest.
